J. Marshall Peck, President

Marshall Peck founded InterPark in 1997 with Michael Prussian, and capitalized and built it into the largest owner/operator of private parking garages in the U.S. Prior to InterPark, he was a Managing Director of Security Capital Group (“SCG”) with responsibility for operating oversight of strategic investments in public and private U.S. real estate operating companies. Additionally, he served on the Boards of Regency Realty, Storage USA and CarrAmerica. Prior to joining SCG, Mr. Peck was a member of the Management Committee of LaSalle Partners, a global real estate firm providing investment and transaction services to major public and private institutions. He served as a Board Member and Chairman of the Pension Real Estate Association. During his tenure with LaSalle, Mr. Peck was responsible for operating groups in both the services and investment business, as well as initiating, capitalizing and investing a series of partnerships that invested in urban parking facilities throughout the United States. Prior thereto, Mr. Peck held various marketing and management positions in the data processing division of IBM Corporation. Mr. Peck received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Michael Prussian, Chief Investment Officer

Michael Prussian is Chief Investment Officer of InterPark and has over 30 years of experience in the parking industry. Prior to forming InterPark with Mr. Peck, Mr. Prussian served as President of General Parking and 326 S. Wells Corporation. During his tenure with General Parking, he served the firm in a number of capacities beginning in 1971, including positions of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Under his leadership, the Company grew by over 300 percent. From 1980 to 1992, Mr. Prussian remained an Officer and Director of General Parking and was actively involved in strategic planning and all major operational decisions. Mr. Prussian has been a member of the National Parking Association Board of Directors and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Doug Poirier, Chief Operating Officer

Doug Poirier is Chief Operating Officer of InterPark, with responsibility for all parking operations encompassing over $250 million in operating revenue. Responsibilities also include Technology and Structural Engineering capital budget/spend. Since joining InterPark, Mr. Poirier has lead the team that developed InterPark’s “best in class” operating and point of sale financial management systems. Prior to joining InterPark, Mr. Poirier was Senior Vice President of Operations for Imperial Parking, based in Vancouver. At Imperial, he was responsible for the company's parking operations in 25 North American cities encompassing nearly 2,000 employees and 1,500 parking facilities. Prior thereto, Mr. Poirier was a Senior Lender with HSBC Canada where he had direct responsibility for many of the bank's largest commercial and corporate clients.

Andrew Runge, Chief Financial Officer

Andy Runge joined InterPark as Chief Financial Officer in 2011. Previously Mr. Runge served as Senior Vice President Finance for General Growth Properties, a publically traded real estate investment trust. During his time at General Growth Mr. Runge lead the 30+ member Financial Services group responsible for all financial analysis, management reporting, lease administration and external supplemental financial reporting. Additionally he was a member of the deal team that was responsible for the financial restructuring of General Growth Properties which culminated in a successful $2.3 billion post restructuring equity raise. Prior to joining General Growth Properties, Mr. Runge was the Chief Financial Officer of Wind Realty Partners (formally known as CMD Realty Investors), a private real estate investment company. During his tenure at Wind/CMD he directed a team of finance and accounting professionals responsible for banking, accounting, financial reporting, portfolio analytics and risk management. Mr. Runge has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and accounting, and holds a BS from the University of Illinois/Chicago and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University.

Frith C. Crandall, General Counsel and Secretary

Frith Crandall is General Counsel and joined InterPark in 2005. Having practiced law for over 25 years, she brings depth of knowledge and wide experience to her role in overseeing all company legal and compliance matters. She has supported the company’s growth by closing numerous multi-million dollar portfolio and single asset real estate transactions, joint ventures, and corporate transactions, including the company’s own spin off from a public company in 2011. Ms. Crandall is well versed in real estate finance having put in place both single asset loans and significant portfolio financing and credit facilities to the support the company’s capitalization. She has played a key role in public private parking infrastructure deals, ranging in the hundreds of million dollars, preparing bid proposals and leading negotiations. In support of the company’s day to day operations, Ms. Crandall draws on her diverse legal background to handle all commercial contracts, leasing and property management, and manage the diverse legal and compliance issues that arise in parking operations such as privacy, litigation, labor and employment, government contracts and environmental, health and safety. Prior to joining InterPark, Ms. Crandall was Assistant General Counsel with Sears Roebuck and Co. Before moving to corporate practice, Ms. Crandall was affiliated with the law firms Winston & Strawn and Schiff Hardin & Waite. Ms. Crandall received her J. D. from Northwestern University School of Law and her B.A. from Hamilton College.

Roberts Higgins, Senior Vice President - Human Resources

Rob Higgins is a Senior Vice President of InterPark and has responsibility for Human Resources, Labor Relations, Payroll/HRIS and Environmental Health and Safety activities for InterPark. Mr. Higgins has over 20 years of Human Resources management experience and joined InterPark in April 2006. Prior to joining InterPark, Mr. Higgins spent 16 years in HR leadership roles with Fortune 500 and privately held transportation manufacturing and services companies including Lockheed, Duchossois Industries and Trinity Industries, working with large represented and non-represented employee populations. Mr. Higgins received his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Champaign. He is a certified mediator and has served in several board positions for the Chicago Chapter of the Disability Management Employers Coalition.

Andrew R. McLaughlin, Senior Vice President - Acquisitions

Andy McLaughlin is a Senior Vice President of InterPark and is responsible for Acquisitions, including new developments such as the 847-space parking investment in the Thomas Jefferson University and Hospital campus in Philadelphia. Additionally, Mr. McLaughlin has acquired garages that have been condominium interests in commercial office towers, hotels, residential buildings, as well as fee simple garages and surface lots. He has led InterPark's effort to privatize government and medical center parking assets with taxable and non-taxable funding. Prior to joining InterPark in 1998, Mr. McLaughlin was with General Parking in Chicago and led the development and construction of several Loop self-park garages. Mr. McLaughlin's parking experience dates to 1982 when he joined General Parking with responsibilities for project management, claims administration, parking operations, construction management, garage design/development, and new business. Mr. McLaughlin has an MBA from DePaul University and a BS in Finance from Northern Illinois University.

David Nelson, Vice President - Information Technology

David Nelson is the Director of Information Technology for InterPark and has been with InterPark since 2001. Prior to joining InterPark, he was a Senior Information Technology consultant with Ernst & Young. At InterPark, Mr. Nelson has led the company through a number of industry-leading technology initiatives including the development of custom software used to integrate disparate parking equipment software to InterPark’s centralized accounting and financial reporting systems. He has managed InterPark’s development of a customer focused suite of web and mobile applications, making technology a competitive advantage and a growth driver for InterPark. Mr. Nelson has 15 years of experience in application development and network/security, and holds a BS in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin/Madison.

John Pjescich, Vice President, Acquisitions/Asset Management

John Pjescich is a Vice President of InterPark in Acquisitions and Asset Management, with over 20 years in the parking industry. Mr. Pjescich joined InterPark in 1998 and has been in a number of different roles including operations, marketing, underwriting, asset management and acquisitions. His asset management responsibilities have included managing InterPark assets in the Washington D.C.-Baltimore, Atlanta, Minneapolis, and San Francisco markets. Additionally Mr. Pjescich’s efforts have resulted in over $150 million of parking acquisitions in Minneapolis, San Francisco and St. Louis. Mr. Pjescich received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Drake University.

Chad Wells, Vice President of Finance

Chad Wells is a Vice President of InterPark and is responsible for Underwriting, Debt and Equity Financing and Financial Analysis and Reporting and has been with InterPark since 2009.  Prior to joining InterPark, Mr. Wells was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Financial Services external audit practice where he led audits of public and private real estate companies and private equity funds.  Since joining InterPark, Mr. Wells has helped facilitate the acquisition of over $425 million of parking acquisitions and closed over $400 million in debt financings.  Mr. Wells received a Masters of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois at Champaign and is a Certified Public Accountant
